Things to consider:

• Size of building, small - 2.4m×2.4m(approx 8ft×8ft), medium – 2.4m×3.6m (approx 12ft×8ft), standard – 2.4m×4.8m (approx16ft×8ft)
• Layout – Window and door combinations
• External colour choice
• Extensions – Mini or maxi
• Roof – Zinc coated aluminium or green turf
• Veranda and decking options
• Independent power package, wind turbine, solar collectors, batteries and regulator
• Independent heat from wood burning stove

We will then contact you to go through your order and discuss any questions that you may have.

Mostly a site visit would not be required but in more complex circumstances a site visit may be advisable. In this case an additional fee would be incurred.

Any power or utility supply to the cabin needs to be arranged by you. This should not be expensive and can be best arranged with a local contractor.

Your build should take no longer than 3 to 4 weeks and installation on site (providing access is straightforward) between 3 and 5 days depending on which cabin has been chosen.
