In the majority of cases our garden cabins can be installed without any need for planning consent providing the following simple rules apply:

- The cabin is not located between your house and the highway
- It must not occupy more than half your garden
- It must be situated at least 5 metres from your house.

The Layouts – The cabins are designed to be totally flexible. The windows and doors can be fitted anywhere within the wall area. This gives the client great scope to personalise the design and allows the cabin to make the most of its site location. The installation takes about 3 days and a cabin can usually be had within 3 to 4 weeks of ordering.
